I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (P-LCPC) in Montana. I have over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional, behavioral, and life transitions. My work blends evidence-based coaching, motivational interviewing, and a deep understanding of mental health to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change in all areas of life.

As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults and teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, and identity shifts—particularly during periods of transition such as relocation, midlife change, career evolution, divorce and family role adjustments. With my background as a military spouse, I also have extensive experience supporting expatriates and globally mobile families, helping clients navigate cultural adjustment, homesickness, relationship dynamics, and the emotional challenges of moving to a new area and establishing new connections. I have lived in 8 states and two countries abroad and understand how difficult these transitions can be.

My coaching approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I help clients clarify their values, strengthen emotional resilience, improve lifestyle habits, and develop tools for managing mood, stress, and overall well-being. I have also worked extensively with individuals addressing specific lifestyle changes and complex emotional situations, always with a non-judgmental, trauma-informed lens.

In addition to private practice, I have held corporate leadership roles overseeing and mentoring teams of anxiety and depression coaches, developing wellness curricula, and delivering high-quality behavioral health support across diverse populations. I am deeply committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting growth that feels both achievable and authentic.
